想說桿疊10次 應該還好吧 !<br />

結果大失算 手有要斷掉的~feel<br />
<br />
真佩服 ~每次都用手橄麵糰~ 的冰友<br />
<br />
And~天媽我還很貪心 一次用德國媳婦 揉了兩糰<br />
<br />
橄完一坨麵糰 整個大投降 直接把另一糰冰起來<br />
<br />
明日再戰~>< 我還是繼續做貴婦好了 ..^^<br />
<br />
<br />
材料 :<br />
<br />
A~老麵<br />
<br />
高筋麵粉 100g 水 50g 速發酵母 1/4 匙 鹽1/4 匙<br />
<br />
1.將所有材料 用手揉成光滑麵團 放入鍋子內 蓋上鍋蓋<br />
<br />
放置冰箱冷藏 低溫發酵一夜<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
B~主麵糰<br />
<br />
高筋麵粉230g 低筋麵粉 120g 鮮奶 80 g 蛋 一顆<br />
<br />
糖 粉 60g 無鹽奶油 30g<br />
<br />
<br />
C~ 捲料 肉脯(有一絲一絲的 ) 表面塗料~ 全蛋液 黑芝麻少許<br />

1.將所有材料放入主鍋 揉成麵團 取出主鍋<br />

2.再將老麵和主麵糰一起放入主鍋 揉成團 <br />

3.接著將麵糰蓋上濕布 醒約 15分<br />
<br />
4. 把麵糰擀成一大圓片 約35*35<br />

6.重複此動作 約10次 到麵糰成光滑細緻狀<br />
(要命呦 !手會斷..隨便疊一疊)<br />

7.再把麵糰擀成一大圓片 約35*35<br />

8.均勻灑上肉脯 捲起麵糰 收緊縮口<br />

9.放入烤箱內 醒約 50-60分<br />

10. 醒好後塗上蛋液 灑上黑芝麻<br />

11. 入烤箱 130度 50-60分 烤熟 即可<br />
<br />

12.放涼後 即可切片<br />

PPS~實在太搞工又耗力了 所以沒橄至光滑細緻狀<br />

所以切開孔洞明顯 少了扎實口感 但還是很好吃<br />
